Barr Honors Nancy Reagan

Congressman Andy Barr (KY-06) issued the following statement:

“I was saddened to learn of the passing of former First Lady Nancy Reagan.  As the most trusted adviser and partner to President Ronald Reagan, she certainly contributed to making his presidency one of the most successful in history.  She will be remembered especially for her tireless efforts to prevent and stop drug abuse – an effort and a legacy that we must carry forward.  Carol and I send our heartfelt condolences to the Reagan family.”
