- Project Summary: The project would be a valuable use of taxpayer funds because it would be used to construct a new 1,000,000 gallon elevated water storage tank, water treatment plant high service pump improvements, approximately 1,000 feet of 12-inch water line and an emergency connection to South Anderson Water District.
