Lexington airman was killed while serving in Afghanistan
Congressman Andy Barr (KY-6) today honored the life and service of Captain Matthew D. Roland of Lexington who was killed while serving in Afghanistan on August 26, 2015. Roland was an Eagle Scout, a graduate of Lexington Catholic High School and the United States Airforce Academy. He served as an officer in the 23rd Special Tactics Squadron.
